The Senators provide affordable family entertainment and exciting Minor League Baseball, while remaining deeply committed to community involvement and fan engagement. The Senators are a proud member Club of Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH). Formed in 2021, DBH supports, promotes, and enhances Minor League Baseball through professional management, best practices, innovation, and investment. DBH oversees 45+ clubs across the country, working to strengthen fan connections, invest in communities, and grow the game of baseball at the grassroots level.The Senators are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and dependable individual for the position of Community Relations Associate for the 2026 season. This is a paid seasonal position with a start date beginning February 2026 and a TBD end date after the conclusion of the season in September 2026.**Responsibilities:*** Assist with game-day responsibilities including, but not limited to, overseeing the Mayfly Gang Kids Club table and any pre-game events.* Work closely with Community Relations Manager to assist with planning and executing approximately 200 mascot and player appearances in the community.* Assist Community Relations Manager in processing all incoming donation requests in a timely manner.* Oversee the 2026 Mayfly Gang Kids Club and additional similar activities.* Oversee community grassroots marketing initiatives* Assist Community Relations Manager in coordinating staff volunteer opportunities.* Rotational departmental duties.
