Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Rehab Liaison to cultivate referral relationships, manage a geographic territory, and complete patient assessments. You will drive growth through patient referrals and maintain strong connections with patients, families, physicians, ICU/floor nurses, discharge planners, case managers, and payer representatives.

Join a national inpatient rehabilitation leader with opportunities for professional growth. A clinical license is required; CRRN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One or more years in nurse liaison or healthcare sales preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Current driver's license in state of employment with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop census based on strategic goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships within an assigned territory, prioritizing in-person connections.
• Aid in streamlining the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate community, referral sources and physicians on hospital programs and services.
• Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Respond to and overcome admission barriers; follow up on admissions variables.
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations about services and outcomes.
