Job summary
St Albans Home Caring is seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will deliver direct nursing support for NDIS and Age Care participants, working autonomously within a small team to implement care plans and goals.
Expect ongoing training and a supportive environment designed to foster professional growth, wellbeing, and flexible scheduling to meet client needs in a diverse home-care setting.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a dynamic care setting.
- Experience in clinical nursing duties including complex care and wound management.
Responsibilities
- Provide Direct Nursing support services to NDIS and Age Care participants.
- Deliver person-centred care aligned with each participant's plan and goals.
- Ongoing shifts or casual arrangements based on client needs.
- Experience across areas including wound care and continence assessment.
- Demonstrate passion for supporting people living with a disability.
- Display outstanding interpersonal, communication, and resilience skills.
- Experience with continence assessments, wound care and care plan assessments.
