Job summary

Archways NH is seeking a Legal Systems & Community Reentry Coordinator to supervise on-site direct support staff and coordinate recovery, family support, and reentry services across Archways centers. Qualifications

• Full-time experience as a Peer Recovery Support Worker or Family Support Specialist.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
• CRSW credential preferred.
• Supervisory or volunteer coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site supervision and real-time staff mentoring to ensure trauma-informed, participant-centered practice.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards across staff and management matters.
• Oversee scheduling, PTO approvals, and same-day adjustments per policy.
• Address staffing gaps with cross-center support and on-site coordination.
• Lead daily huddles to align team expectations and performance.
• Provide mentorship and contribute to performance reviews (without final evaluative authority).
• Oversee CRSW supervision when qualified or pursue required credentials.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of interns and volunteers.
• Distribute caseloads, ensure accurate intake forms, and balance assignments.
• Review internal financial support requests and ensure documentation for funding eligibility.
• Ensure daily documentation in Recovery Link and QuickBase with compliance.
• Strengthen program implementation and safety through adherence to models and standards.
• Coordinate Archways Legal System Involvement Programming across locations.
