Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field and two (2) years of professional Recreation Administration experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field may substitute for one year of required work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and administers various recreational programs, including aquatics programs, contract classes, sports activities, youth programs, special events, and private facility rentals.
• Supervises, trains, schedules, and evaluates assigned staff and volunteers.
• Develops program goals and objectives.
• Oversees daily balancing, banking functions, and account reconciliations.
