Ne Arc in Salem, Massachusetts is looking for a Recreation Specialist to implement community-based programs and events. You will collaborate with the Recreation Manager and other staff to deliver various athletic, educational, and artistic activities.

The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma, be experienced with individuals with disabilities, and can demonstrate the capacity to assist in program delivery and volunteer supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma. Some college experience is preferred.
• Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Recreation Manager and other staff in delivering community-based programs.
• Supervise volunteers during events and programs.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of incidents.
