Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• First Aid/CPR certification within 6 months of employment.
• Valid Texas Driver's License required.
• Experience with youth, senior services, or community programs is beneficial.

• Assists in developing and implementing programs and activities at recreation centers; supports sports, classes, and educational opportunities for all ages.
• Leads recreational activities, demonstrates sports procedures, and teaches rules to ensure safe, enjoyable participation.
• Assists with after-school programs and manages program logistics and attendance records.
• Transports youth to field trips and events, helps with marketing and distributing program materials.
• Provides information to participants and the public about classes and offerings; delivers excellent customer service.
• Performs administrative tasks: registrations, schedules, phones, and daily financial accountability.
