Job summary

Navy Region Hawaii Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) seeks a customer-service oriented team member to support MWR recreational programs at Hickam Harbor, JBPHH. This role focuses on patron assistance, registrations, cash handling, inventory, and event support for a range of leisure activities.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Familiarity with Navy MWR programs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and recreation activities preferred.
• Ability to handle cash, process registrations and maintain records.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Familiarity with POS software and basic computer use helpful.
• Knowledge of Navy MWR programs and facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information on Community Recreation programs.
• Process sales, tickets, rentals and registrations using POS systems.
• Maintain daily DAR and inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Assist in event setup, planning and outreach activities.
• Support recruitment, training and scheduling of staff as needed.
