Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Raleigh, NC seeks an ACT Team Psychiatrist to lead psychiatric care for individuals with serious mental illness in the community. The role focuses on evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Physician must hold MD or DO with an active North Carolina license and board certification in Psychiatry; 5+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with a valid North Carolina license.
• Board Certification in Psychiatry (ASAM certification or eligibility preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience treating individuals with mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management.
• Deliver outpatient psychotherapy in community settings.
• Coordinate care with integrated teams and primary care providers.
