Job summary

Strategic Interventions, LLC is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide medication evaluation, prescribing, and monitoring for adults with severe mental illness. The NP will collaborate with the ACTT team, educate staff, and ensure compliant documentation in a community setting.

This 1099 independent contractor position requires NC licensure, a Master's in Nursing, and prior experience with seriously mentally ill adults; clinical supervision is desirable.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina.
• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Experience with severely mentally ill adults preferred; clinical supervision desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric and medical assessment and treatment.
• Medication evaluation, prescribing, and monitoring per guidelines.
• Coordinate with medical provider and educate ACTT staff.
• Complete timely documentation and participate in treatment planning.

Board Certified PMHNP (NC)
