Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily Property Manager experience required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent, college-level education strongly preferred.
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• OneSite and Bluemoon experience preferred.
• Industry designations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, recruiting, training, and team development.
• Monitor and manage the community rental rates to maximize income.
• Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests appropriately.
• Maintain the community’s appearance and ensure maintenance is completed.
• Implement marketing initiatives as prescribed by the Marketing Department.
• Process applications, prepare and type leases, and complete required paperwork via Bluemoon.
• Ensure apartments are ready for move-in and orient new residents.
• Control expenses within the annual budget and collect deposits and rents.
