Klingbeil Capital Management is seeking a Property Manager who will lead community operations and embody our culture and core values. The role focuses on driving occupancy, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

You will work to implement marketing and operations strategies, manage budgets and financial reporting, and mentor staff while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and care for residents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership track record.
• Impeccable client and customer relationship history.
• Revenue, budget and P&L management experience.
• Proficiency with industry software.
• Strong financial skills with GAAP knowledge.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Sharp professional appearance.
