Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a Community/Property Manager to oversee a residential community association on Oahu or Maui. The role serves as the primary liaison between association boards, homeowners, residents, and vendors, ensuring financial, operational, and administrative needs are met.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management, HOA/community association management, customer service, hospitality, real estate, or project coordination is a plus
• Experience with government-funded support is helpful
• College degree preferred; high school diploma required
• Valid Hawaii driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with budgets and financial statements preferred
