Job summary

A New Leaf is seeking an ATO Coordinator to provide direct client support and assist with program operations, administration, reporting, communications, and community outreach in the Mesa area. The role works with the ATO Supervisor and staff to support client services while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in social services, case management, or program coordination preferred.
• Experience with data collection, reporting, or social media/communications preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client support following program policies and guidelines.
• Assist with program operations, administration, reporting, and communications.
• Coordinate social media and marketing activities for asset programs.
• Present information about the ATO Program to community members and partners.
• Support orientation and training of new staff and manage multiple projects.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
