Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association - Orange County Chapter is seeking a Program Manager in Pensacola, FL to lead a team delivering community programs. You will recruit and coach volunteers, cultivate partnerships including underrepresented groups, and drive awareness, education, and support across diverse communities.

You will manage delivery volunteers, coach teams, and ensure program outcomes with a focus on expanding reach and impact while aligning with local needs and available resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements that meet organizational goals.
• Activate and support volunteers using Association methods and quality improvement strategies.
• Cultivate and manage community partnerships with underrepresented groups.
• Develop and execute data-informed community impact plans and secure Community Partner Agreements.
• Collaborate with revenue, advocacy, leadership and other stakeholders to identify awareness opportunities.
• Evaluate and improve volunteer performance and manage budgets, grants, and timelines.
• Inspire urgency and support for the organization's mission across all communities.
