As a Community Programs Manager for Adult Learning, you will report to a Senior Community Programs Manager.
In this role you will direct the operation, manage, plan, develop, and implement programming for Adult Learning.
This role requires you to manage, hire, train, teach, implement programs, collect data, and develop effective strategies to meet and exceed all the teams’ organizational goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Art, Education, Public Administration, or closely related field plus three years directly related work experience. A combination of education and work experience may be substituted one for the other on a year-for-year basis.
The adult learning program will focus on education for adults at the Sorenson Campus. There is 1 Director, 1 Associate Director, 1 Senior Program Manager, 1 Community Programs Manager, and 2 Art/General Education Instructors.
Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Work periods may also include weekends.
E24 - $55,269/yr. to $75,376/yr. annually based on qualifications and experience.
The established market rate for this position is $75,376/yr.
