Job summary

Project Access seeks a Community Program Coordinator to design and run resident services across two San Francisco sites, Five88 and The Coronet. You will implement programs in four pillars, connect residents with partners, and manage volunteers to drive social impact.

The role requires outreach, event planning, and strong communication, with a focus on economic stability, education, health, and community building for residents of affordable housing communities.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi‑family housing or related fields such as social services or community outreach; or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Experience in after‑school programs or educational settings for youth; social services working with seniors.
• Cultural competency and ability to serve diverse populations.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
• Self‑starter, multi‑tasker, and clear communicator.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four initiatives: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Coordinate after‑school and teen programs with homework help and enrichment activities.
• Organize and oversee events for seniors including activities and fundraising efforts.
• Plan and deliver resident workshops; engage with external partners when available to ensure consistency.
• Develop partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
• Facilitate monthly resident outreach and maintain effective communication with property management.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and interns; manage program supplies and donations.
