Job summary

The Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Manager, Programs to coordinate B:CIVIC programs and events in Denver, CO. Reporting to the Vice President of Programs, you will organize logistics, manage venues, vendors, registration and on-site needs, and help deliver engaging experiences for members, speakers and volunteers.

You'll build event plans, support participation and retention, maintain records and drive improvements using feedback data.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of relevant experience in programs, events, or nonprofit administration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate B:CIVIC programs and events, including Lead with Impact Summit and Civics Bee.
• Develop clear event plans, manage venues, vendors, registration, accessibility and on-site needs.
• Welcome members and connect them with resources and opportunities; support participation and retention.
