Job summary

Boulder Chamber is seeking an Economic Impact Program Coordinator (Part Time) to support BCEC, Boulder Together, and related initiatives. You will coordinate meetings, track metrics, and engage investors and community partners, translating strategic priorities into actionable programs.

Role requires 6–10 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Office tools, CRM systems, and AI productivity tools. Flexible scheduling with some evenings for events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Economics, Economic Development, Communications, Public Administration, Marketing, Community Development, or related field.
• 6-10 years of progressive experience in program coordination, economic development, chamber or association management, community engagement, communications, public affairs, or project management; senior-level engagement preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder-facing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and follow-ups with staff.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AirTable, CRM systems, Zoom, and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain working knowledge of BCEC, Boulder Together, Boulder County Film Commission, Emergency Management, and other Economic Impact priorities to support leadership's strategic objectives.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, notes, and action items, and gather research to support meetings and decisions.
• Track priorities, accomplishments, metrics, and follow-ups across Economic Impact programs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with investors, members, Film Commission participants, business leaders, and community partners.
• Support routine program communications, invitations, reminders, speaker communications, stakeholder updates, and newsletters.
• Coordinate with Marketing Team on program communications and promotion.
• Identify speakers, partners, and resources for meetings and programs.
