Job summary

Curry County in New Mexico seeks a Program Administrator for the SPF-PFS program, reporting to the Community Program Manager and Regional Behavioral Health Administrator. You will coordinate, plan, implement and assess outreach and prevention education activities to advance behavioral health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to obtain Certified Prevention Specialist within two years of hire.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Workspace and Canva.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to monitor programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in private and public settings with groups.

Responsibilities

• Administer activities of the SPF-PFS program under supervision.
• Coordinate, plan, implement and assess community outreach and prevention education.
• Drive stakeholder engagement to manage active partnerships with schools, law enforcement, and community organizations.
