Job summary

Cornerstones is seeking a Sr. Program Coordinator to assist in coordinating food delivery and distribution for the ASAPP program in Reston, VA. You will work directly with participants, perform intake, and help plan educational activities, workshops, and distribution events.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, equity-minded service delivery, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Some evenings and weekends may be required, and lifting up to 40 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in human services or related field.
• Three years of experience in human relations or customer service.
• Verbal and written English; Spanish proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food delivery and distribution for ASAPP with the Senior Program Coordinator.
• Assist participants directly, conduct intake and TANF eligibility checks, and provide referrals.
• Plan educational, social, and budgeting workshops; support warehouse transfers and donors.
• Maintain case data and reports; lift up to 40 lbs; assist volunteers during drives.
