Job summary

United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley is seeking a Community School Coordinator to oversee enrichment activities at a designated Allentown community school. The role aligns programming with school priorities and uses data to drive measurable student outcomes.

You will coordinate, execute and evaluate activities supporting academic and social-emotional goals, working closely with school leadership and community partners in person.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of program coordination, youth development, or compliance within district frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement & refine activities that directly support student growth and school priorities (50% of time)
• Support the collection and use of CS Data (20% of time)
• Establish and strengthen partnerships that contribute to measurable student success. (10% of time)
• Ensure all programs and partnerships adhere to district policies, legal regulations, and safety standards. (10% of time)
