Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Mission Case Manager to implement strategies and manage programs that support service seekers toward stability and progress. The role involves collaborative planning, intake, assessments, and developing strengths-based service plans to help individuals reach their goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and partners, documenting progress, and staying current on community resources.

Qualifications

• Two years of college education or experience equivalency.
• Experience providing case management, coaching, navigation, intake, or direct support services to individuals/families with barriers.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations; strong interpersonal skills and judgment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with case management/CRM systems preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License, a vehicle, and insurance; willing to drive within the program area.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage service seekers in collaborative planning to set goals, steps, and timelines.
• Conduct intake and ongoing assessments to identify strengths, needs, barriers, and supports.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized service plans; monitor progress.
