Burrell Behavioral Health seeks a dedicated Private Probation Officer in Union, Missouri for part-time work (20 hours/week). You will supervise probationers, conduct intake assessments, monitor compliance, and partner with courts and service providers to promote accountability and recovery.

The role requires organizational skills, confidentiality, and strong communication. Candidates should have a relevant Bachelor’s degree or MO probation experience, with MSAPCB CCJP certification considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years probation experience within Missouri; MSAPCB CCJP is acceptable.
• Experience with case management, documentation, and court reporting preferred.
• Strong ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism in sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision to individuals on probation or parole.
• Conduct intake and administer screening/assessments.
• Meet with probationers per schedule and monitor compliance.
• Prepare violation reports and maintain case records in the EHR.
• Attend misdemeanor court hearings and submit reports to courts.
• Coordinate treatment referrals and urinalysis screenings.
