Job summary

Aliviane Inc. seeks a Program Coordinator in El Paso to lead community prevention efforts focused on alcohol, marijuana, prescription drug abuse, and tobacco. You will mobilize coalitions, deliver prevention presentations, and promote best practices across the four priority areas.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and preferably bilingual English/Spanish. This full-time position offers strong growth, benefits, and a rewarding mission in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, sociology or related field.
• Have CPS or APS designation and working towards the CPS certification within 12 months of employment.
• 2-4 years of experience in related roles.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to express self clearly in writing and speech in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead prevention services through coalition activities using the CSP framework.
• Implement CSAP strategies as part of program design.
• Develop, implement and maintain cultural competency efforts.
• Collaborate with the PRC on Tobacco Retail education.
• Create community awareness on prevention priorities and mobilize citizen participation.

Skills
