The Arc Erie County NY is seeking a confident, hands-on CPV Manager to lead our Community Pre-Vocational program in the Northtowns. You will guide individuals with ID/DD toward meaningful employment futures and supervise a team of Job Coaches and Transition Specialists.

This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with opportunities to shape program operations, ensure regulatory compliance, build community partnerships, and provide direct support when needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree plus ID/DD experience required or an Associate’s with ID/DD experience.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and mentor Job Coaches/Transition Specialists
• Oversee daily program operations and documentation
• Ensure regulatory compliance and service quality
• Support participant transitions into employment pathways
• Build community partnerships (internships, volunteer sites, business tours)
• Step in to provide direct support when needed

• Understands OPWDD and ID/DD service environments

• Can balance administrative leadership with direct service support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years ID/DD experience
• Associate’s degree + 5 years ID/DD experience
• Valid NYS Driver’s License
• Supervisor or leadership experience preferred
