Zusammenfassung

The Arc Erie County NY is seeking a confident, hands-on CPV Manager to lead our Community Pre-Vocational program in the Northtowns. You will guide individuals with ID/DD toward meaningful employment futures and supervise a team of Job Coaches and Transition Specialists.

This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with opportunities to shape program operations, ensure regulatory compliance, build community partnerships, and provide direct support when needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree plus ID/DD experience required or an Associate’s with ID/DD experience.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License is required.

• Oversee daily program operations and documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and service quality.
• Support participant transitions into employment pathways.
• Build community partnerships for internships and tours.
