Job summary

Property West Residential in San Diego is seeking a Porter Maintenance to support our North County portfolios. The role focuses on painting, basic repairs, and keeping properties clean and appealing.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel between communities. Background checks and drug screen are required, with a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting and touch-ups.
• Operate airless sprayer and basic tools to complete maintenance tasks.
• Keep properties clean and maintain curb appeal.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks as needed.
• Respond professionally to requests and work independently with minimal supervision.

Property West Residential is actively recruiting Porter Maintenance for our North County portfolios.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• Interior/Exterior painting and ability to use airless sprayer.
• Ability to keep property clean and curb appeal inviting.
• Willingness to learn to complete routine maintenance and general repairs as assigned.
• Ability to use all tools as required in a proficient manner to perform varied tasks.
• Willingness to learn plumbing, electricity, HVAC texture, drywall, stucco repairs, and framing.
• Ability to adapt to a fast pace environment.
• Be able to take all necessary precautions when using any hazardous equipment or other materials.
• Ability to respond to all verbal and written requests in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
• Ability to act in an independent manner, solve problems and work well with minimal supervision.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Flexibility and ability to drive to the communities as assigned. (Multiple properties)
