Job summary

Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Community/Retail Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists and manage patient-centered service in the community pharmacy.

You will perform filling, dispensing, computer entry, labeling, and help with home delivery, phone outreach, and inventory tasks under direct supervision.

Strong teamwork and flexibility are valued; prior retail pharmacy experience is preferred and Kentucky Board of Pharmacy registration or application required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency is required.
• PTCB certification preferred.
• Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill and dispense community prescriptions and perform computer order entry.
• Update patient information, fill/label prescriptions, and complete POS transactions.
• Deliver medications to discharged patients as requested by Pharmacist.
