Job summary

The University of California, Irvine's School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences seeks outstanding applicants for a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position in community pharmacy within the Department of Clinical Pharmacy Practice. The successful candidate will teach students, residents, and fellows at both the didactic and experiential levels and mentor Doctor of Pharmacy students.

They will engage in scholarly activities and contribute to department committees and community service

Qualifications

• Teach and mentor students, residents, and fellows at didactic and experiential levels.
• Engage in scholarly activities to support the department's mission.
• Eligible for California pharmacy licensure; clinical certificates desirable.

Responsibilities

• Teach students, residents, and fellows at didactic and experiential levels.
• Mentor Doctor of Pharmacy students and other faculty/clinicians.
• Engage in scholarly activities and health services/health outcomes research.
• Develop or expand community-based clinical or service lines and experiential learning.
• Contribute to department committees and program development.
