Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree: BS Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Active Indiana pharmacist license required.
• Immunization certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure safe dispensing.
• Coach and develop pharmacy staff to deliver quality service.
• Partner with clinical staff to meet outcomes and educate patients.
• Build relationships with community clinics and stakeholders.
• Promote services and drive financial profitability of the pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
