Qualifications

Kentucky license to practice pharmacy in good standing.
Pharmacy degree (BPharm or PharmD) required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
Immunization certification within 6 months of hire.
Community pharmacy experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Assist Community Pharmacy Manager with staff development and operations.
Provide direct patient care: drug review, counseling, immunization, and reconciliation.
Ensure medication safety, documentation, and 340B program integrity as applicable.
Oversee inventory management and controlled substance handling.
Facilitate transitions of care between hospitals, patients, and pharmacies.
Maintain compliance with policies, REMS, audits, and regulatory requirements.
