Job summary

SaddleBrooke Two seeks a security-focused professional to provide mobile and stationary patrols within our 55+ community. You will monitor properties, respond to emergencies, log incidents, and issue warnings or citations for violations in coordination with HOA rules.

Strong communication and restraint are essential. Responsibilities include patrolling in department vehicles, inspecting facilities like clubhouses and pools, and coordinating with local law enforcement.

Qualifications

• Prior law enforcement or security background helpful.
• Possession of a driver’s license and be in good standing with the state of Arizona.
• Must be able to be covered under the Association’s auto insurance.
• CPR, AED and Emergency First Aid Certification (HOA Requirement only).
• General computer knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and mediation skills.
• Legible handwriting.
• Ability to operate patrol vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Patrols community in department vehicles and monitors streets and intersections for violations.
• Inspects/secur es facilities and/or company property; during non-business hours, at HOA clubhouses, fitness centers and pools; welfare checks as requested.
• Assist with emergencies involving members/guests/employees; coordinate with local law enforcement; complete incident reports as necessary.
• Issues citations for speed/stop sign/parking violations per HOA Rules & Regulations and CC&Rs; complete follow-up paperwork.
