Homewise, Inc. is seeking an Outreach and Partnership Specialist to expand community awareness and connect employers, organizations, and community members with Homewise programs across New Mexico.

The role involves representing Homewise at events, building relationships with employers and community groups, and coordinating outreach with internal teams to support homebuyer, educational, and commercial services.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in community outreach, event planning, public relations, business development, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Public-speaking ability and comfort engaging diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet commitments.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Windows.

Aufgaben

• Support and implement community outreach and engagement efforts.
• Represent Homewise at community events, expos, networking opportunities, and professional gatherings.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, community organizations, business leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Support development and ongoing management of employer partnerships, including onboarding, communication, follow-up, and relationship stewardship.
• Conduct Power Hour information sessions and employer presentations to educate community members about Homewise programs and services.
• Support programs and outreach efforts addressing financial and homebuyer needs in New Mexico.
• Help ensure outreach activities align with Homewise goals and priorities.
• Coordinate ribbon cuttings, open houses, educational programs, and other Homewise events with the Director of Communications and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Policy and Advocacy, Homebuyer Education, and Marketing to support events and community engagement.
• Coordinate Homewise participation in tabling, networking, and community events.
• Identify opportunities to develop new relationships with community organizations, employers, and partners.
• Increase participation in public events, educational sessions, and employer presentations.
• Support outreach efforts that raise awareness of Homewise and its services.
• Track outreach activities, partnerships, participation, and follow-up efforts as needed.
