Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a homebuilder, superintendent, construction manager, or equivalent.
• Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours.
• Able to navigate construction sites and lift objects up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and architects to plan upcoming communities.
• Oversee all phases of construction from permit through completion and inspections.
• Review plans with municipalities and obtain required approvals.
• Maintain construction schedules and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure homes meet Homewise's quality standards and handover readiness.
• Assist with SBTC credits paperwork to State of New Mexico.
