Central-Jersey Family Health Consortium seeks a Community Alignment Specialist to build and sustain relationships with community agencies serving families with newborns in New Jersey. You will coordinate partnerships, oversee referral networks, and help implement a marketing plan to promote Family Connects International.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health, social work, psychology, or related field; or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience and 5 years in maternal-child health or related settings.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with agencies serving pregnant people, children birth to five, and families.
• Attend trainings for Family Connects International to maintain program fidelity.
• Market the program by engaging referral sources, community groups, and local CABs.
• Coordinate and participate in community advisory board activities and CQI processes.
• Prepare and submit DCF reports and maintain program documentation.
