Grant Associates seeks a Community Partner Coordinator to build and sustain partnerships with community-based orgs, nonprofits, and government agencies. You will coordinate outreach, site visits, and events to strengthen collaboration while supporting digital engagement and service-learning initiatives.

This role requires strong relationship-building and organizational skills and will support operations at the PACE sites in the South Bronx and downtown Brooklyn, with travel between sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years in nonprofit/community programming.
• Strong ability to motivate external/internal partners.
• Clear communication in meetings, calls, and emails.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools.
• Experience with community engagement and outreach.
