Job summary

Access Services is seeking a Community Participation Supports (CPS) Supervisor to lead a mobile team that supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to build meaningful, connected lives in their communities. You will supervise DSPs, coach staff, and help ensure supports align with each person’s plan while fostering inclusion and growth in community settings.

The role involves travel across Lehighton, Pottsville, and Bartonsville, with options to base in Bethlehem or Orwigsburg.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in social services highly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to multiple DSPs in a variety of settings.
• Engage DSPs in coaching conversations pertaining to career development and employee engagement.
• Provide direct care and direct support hours to meet program and individuals’ needs.
• Participate in on-call rotation and assist in crisis resolution.
• Review service documentation to ensure quality compliance with agency standards.
