The City of Aspen is seeking a Parking Services Ambassador I-III to deliver high-quality customer service in the Right of Way. This role enforces paid parking, assists motorists, and supports enforcement, safety, and operations across downtown and residential zones.

The position offers competitive hourly pay (DOE) ranging from $24.05 to $46.72 per hour, plus benefits, with a sign-on bonus up to $3,000 possible. Regular full-time hours include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforces paid parking in Downtown Core and residential zones.
• Assists motorists and provides courteous service to the public.
• Trains on radios, software, and parking procedures.
• Represents the City in parking cases and documents usage data.
