Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience supporting adults with behavioral or mental health challenges.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interacts effectively and respectfully with consumers in home and community.
• Supports relationships with family and friends while promoting a family culture.
• Provides interventions addressing functional problems related to mental illness and recovery.
• Maintains records and reports incidents in EMR within 24 hours.
• Organizes and participates in recreational/social activities based on beneficiary preferences.
