UMass Memorial Health, a premier health system in Central Massachusetts, is seeking a Community Palliative Care Medical Director. Lead clinical expertise while expanding palliative services across Leominster and Marlborough campuses, shaping new inpatient programs and mentoring residents and fellows.

The role offers a leadership path in a multidisciplinary team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care, teaching, and organizational growth, supported by robust administrative resources.

Qualificações

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Palliative Care with 5 years of experience.
• Completed Palliative Care Fellowship training.
• MD or DO degree and MA medical license qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Community Palliative Care Medical Director across two campuses.
• Develop inpatient program in Marlborough and lead inpatient program in Leominster.
• Oversee growth of palliative care services and mentor residents/fellows.
• Coordinate care using Epic EMR and ensure high-quality patient-centered care.
