Overview

The Community Outreach Specialist reports to the Senior marketer, and leadership team. This role is ideal for a motivated marketer who enjoys connecting with people, representing a trusted local brand, and creating partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations.

This is a marketing and relationship-focused position that plays a key role in expanding brand awareness, generating leads, and strengthening community ties.

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses daily (apartments, storage facilities, realtors, etc.)
• Drop off material, introduce yourself, and build relationships.
• Track contacts, managers, and site visits.
• Distribute flyers and leave-behind materials.
• Attend community events and network with local businesses.
• Representing the company in a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manner always.
