Job summary

Central Lincoln County YMCA seeks a dedicated professional to support healthy living, youth development and social responsibility. You will lead staff and volunteers in campaigns, coordinate programs and ensure safety and excellent customer service across activities.

The role involves client intake, community partnerships, and navigation services, with strong emphasis on confidentiality and program quality within a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in related field.
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Team player with superb interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task, lead others, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• General computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Department Director to promote healthy living, social responsibility and youth development.
• Leads staff and volunteers in campaigns, programs and/or curriculum with safety and customer service in mind.
• Manages client intake and conducts information gathering interviews to assess client needs.
• Builds relationships with staff, participants and community partners and serves as Y liaison on outreach initiatives.
• Researches local, state, and federal services to determine programs that address client needs.
• Oversees community navigation help line and supports administrative tasks for reports.
