The Community Outreach Representative is the trusted member in the field representing Peak Health within our communities.
The Community Outreach Representative (COR) will build trusting relationships, be a resource for Peak Health Medicare programs, create lead opportunities that gain successful acquisition/retention outcomes and ensure locations are being scheduled to meet monthly goals.
As a key member of our Medicare team, the COR will play a crucial role within the community along with partnerships both internal and external. They will be responsible for helping to establish the relationships and results that drives our growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong relationship building skill along with key contacts within the WV area already established specifically around Medicare. Additionally, the candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy with scheduling events and will have a roll‑up their sleeves mentality around our opportunity within the community for both sales, retention, and education.
