Job summary

PACE Montgomery County is seeking a Community Liaison to build relationships with community referral sources, agencies, and healthcare professionals. The role focuses on educating partners about the PACE program and securing referrals and enrollments.

The position emphasizes sales acumen, communication, and collaborative work with internal teams. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with at least two years in sales or marketing and a valid driver’s license. On-site working hours apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum two years in sales or marketing recommended.
• Experience partnering with senior community resources such as hospitals, senior living communities, and home care companies preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic email/calendaring.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with community referral sources, agencies, and healthcare professionals to educate them about the PACE Organization and secure referrals/enrollments.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance our brand in the community, identify sales opportunities, and establish lasting relationships with referral sources.
• Implement effective sales strategies to meet growth objectives, working with management to drive results.
• Provide in-services and presentations to the community about the benefits of our program.
• Utilize CRM system to track all referral information accurately and efficiently.
