Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains contact with community referral sources to promote the PACE program.
• Builds relationships with healthcare and social service professionals and community groups.
• Collaborates with operations to align sales growth strategies with brand goals.
• Implements sales strategies to achieve growth objectives.
• Manage CRM entries for referral opportunities and contacts.
• Participates in monthly meetings and trainings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
