The Journey Ahead Home Care Agency is a growing home care provider serving individuals and families throughout the Greater Cleveland area. We are looking for a personable, professional, and self-motivated Community Outreach & Referral Coordinator to help expand our community presence and develop meaningful relationships with organizations and professionals who serve individuals needing home care.
This is not a direct-care position. The primary focus is community outreach, relationship development, networking, and referral growth.
The Community Outreach & Referral Coordinator will represent The Journey Ahead throughout the community and help establish the agency as a trusted home-care resource.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable walking into professional environments, introducing themselves, starting conversations, and building relationships.
Previous experience in home care, healthcare marketing, community outreach, admissions, business development, senior services, social services, case management, healthcare sales, or referral development is strongly preferred.
Existing professional relationships within the Greater Cleveland healthcare, senior-services, Medicaid, veteran-services, or social-services community are a plus.
Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid 'driver's license', appropriate automobile insurance, and the ability to travel locally to referral sources and community events.
Some evening or weekend availability may occasionally be required for community events.
