Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, or related roles; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills with diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to generate sales leads and build community relationships.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor outreach efforts for Homewatch CareGivers' services.
• Foster partnerships with local healthcare providers, social workers, and referral sources.
• Represent Homewatch CareGivers at community events, health fairs, and networking functions to promote services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with sales targets.
• Maintain records of outreach activities and track progress against goals.
• Provide educational presentations to community groups about home care benefits.
• Gather feedback from clients and partners to improve services and outreach.
• Support marketing initiatives to raise community awareness of Homewatch CareGivers.
