Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Humble is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to lead local sales efforts and expand referral partnerships. You will represent the agency, build relationships with hospitals, assisted living facilities, physicians, and other care providers, and promote our in-home care services.

This role emphasizes field planning, community education, and collaboration with management to achieve growth targets while delivering outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or marketing in healthcare
• Ability to build partnerships with referral sources
• Knowledge of local territory and community events

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day sales efforts of the business
• Develop and execute a field sales plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets
• Demonstrate a thorough and complete knowledge of the agency including our vision, mission and values, the services we provide, and what sets us apart
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential referral sources within the agency’s territory and surrounding area
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with all referral sources, including hospitals, independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, sub-acute rehab facilities, skilled nursing facilities, skilled home health care agencies, hospice providers, and physicians
• Promote brand awareness through referral source contacts, trade shows, conferences, and community education efforts
• Represent the agency and its services in a professional, skilled, and responsive manner
• Work effectively with other agency management and staff
• Maintain standards of high-quality customer service
• Prepare weekly reports of marketing/sales activity
• Attend weekly growth meeting
• Serve as a professional representative of Homewatch CareGivers
• Other duties as required
