Job summary

Centene is seeking a Community Relations Specialist to drive membership/enrollment through events, campaigns and community outreach. The role covers Connecticut with travel to Maine, requiring strong relationship-building and market awareness.

Responsibilities include coordinating field marketing activities, developing sales presentations, and collaborating with the sales team to execute market plans. A 56K–101K yearly pay is offered with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; 3+ years sales/marketing experience
• Health insurance or managed care experience preferred
• Driver’s License may be required by some plans
• Specific language skills may be required by some plans

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and conduct events and field marketing activities.
• Develop and maintain business relationships to grow membership/enrollment targets.
• Represent department at internal and external meetings and coordinate materials, reports and strategy.
• Develop presentations for sales, broker product training, member retention meetings and outreach.
• Act as department liaison for market materials, collateral rollouts and inventory.
• Prospect and initiate opportunities for field marketing events and community outreach.
